24 hour contract - 4 x 6 hour shifts per week to include weekends

Okay there may be a little more to it than that, but at Swallowcourt we are seeking creative and innovative Activities Coordinators, whose primary job is to get to know our residents and their families and coordinate a wide range of individual and group activities focussed upon wellbeing, independence, social engagement and most of all fun!
You will need organisational skills and a can-do attitude to make things happen. We welcome someone who is brimming with ideas and has an ‘anything is possible’ approach to all they do with an infectious enthusiasm and creativity to inspire our residents and teams to get involved with activities within the home and the local community.

The Poldhu has a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment, with a vibrant community of residents, relatives, staff and friends. Set in 10 acres of grounds overlooking Poldhu Cove on the Lizard in Cornwall, the home has spacious lounges, a beautiful dining room and comfortably decorated bedrooms, with sea views.
