Job Description:

To monitor and improve the financial performance of the business whilst enhancing efficiency through ongoing analysis. You will also assist in the development of the company's long term strategy. This role is based at our Head Office at Threemilestone, although hybrid working would be considered.

To provide a comprehensive range of professional, effective and efficient services to the Senior Management Team across several key areas including recording, incident recording, tracking compliance with key systems and processes whilst assisting the Quality Lead with reviews of current processes and implementation of new ones.

We're looking for highly skilled, and compassionate nurses to join our teams across our Elder Care homes - part of a dedicated and solution focused approach, to ensure our residents receive excellent evidenced based nursing care.
